Why We Built This Site
Virginia divides access by record type and custodian. Stafford Sheriff keeps its incident and arrest reports, while Rappahannock Regional Jail creates booking and custody files. Stafford General District Court handles adult misdemeanors and preliminary felony stages; Circuit Court keeps felony prosecution and sentencing records. Virginia State Police operates CCRE, the state repository, and VADOC tracks state custody and supervision. We organize the verified request routes, office details, official search tools, and practical limits that distinguish these products.

- We do not correct, seal, or remove any government record
- We cannot interpret a charge, warrant, conviction, or statute as legal advice
- We cannot promise that an agency's hours, fees, or process will never change
Only the record custodian, such as Stafford Sheriff, a court clerk, or Virginia State Police, can issue or certify its official record.
